Stephanie Kemp is the founding partner of Kemp Law, LLC. Stephanie represents clients in the areas of real estate, wills and probate administration, and business formations. Being a member of the State Bar of Georgia, she is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
Stephanie is a native of Sylvania, Screven County, Georgia. Graduating Cum Laude with Honors, from the University of Georgia School of Public and International Affairs, Stephanie earned a degree in political science, with a minor in economics. In 2015, Stephanie graduated Cum Laude from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law.
Stephanie began her career with a law firm in Statesboro practicing in the areas of domestic relations, civil litigation and bankruptcy. Relocating to Waycross, Stephanie gained valuable experience in the areas of real estate, wills, probate administration, and business formations, while practicing at the Law Office of Forrest W. Sweat, Jr., LLC. With the formation of her own practice, Kemp Law, LLC, Stephanie looks forward to providing quality legal services to individuals and small businesses in southeast Georgia.
